How to Bundle Multiple PDFs into a ZIP
Updated July 13, 2026
Emailing five separate PDF attachments is clumsier than sending one file. This tool doesn’t touch the contents of your PDFs at all — it just packs them into a single archive.
Steps
- Add your PDF files.
- Click Create ZIP.
- Download the single .zip archive.
Nothing is combined
Each PDF goes into the archive exactly as it was, keeping its own filename and its own quality — there’s no merging and no re-encoding involved. If two files happen to share a name, a numeric suffix is added automatically so one doesn’t overwrite the other. The result is a standard ZIP file that opens on any system, with every original PDF intact inside it.
Notes
The archive is assembled locally, so your files never leave your device. If what you actually want is the pages combined into one continuous document rather than separate files in a folder, use Merge PDF instead. Going the other direction — cutting one PDF into several files — is what Split PDF is for.
