How to Put Multiple PDF Pages on One Sheet (N-Up)

Printing a long slide deck or a stack of notes one page per sheet burns through paper fast — fitting several pages onto each sheet fixes that without shrinking anything to the point of being unreadable.

Steps

1. Open N-Up (Multiple per Page) and drop your PDF.
2. Choose how many pages per sheet — 2, 4, 6, or 9.
3. Click Arrange, then download the N-up PDF.

A tidy grid, not a squeeze

Each source page is scaled down to fit its cell while keeping its proportions and centered so nothing gets cropped — 2-up stacks two pages, 4-up is a 2x2 grid, 6-up is 2x3, and 9-up is 3x3. A 40-page handout, for instance, prints on 10 sheets at 4-up instead of 40. The output sheets keep your document’s original page size, so printing behaves predictably; use your printer’s fit-to-page option if you need a different paper size.
