How to Convert BMP to PDF

BMP dates back to the early Windows era — accurate, but bulky and awkward to email or drop into a form. Converting bundles a stack of bitmaps into one document that’s actually practical to send.

Steps

  1. Open BMP to PDF and drop your BMP images.
  2. Reorder them with the up and down buttons — each image becomes one page.
  3. Click Convert, then download your PDF.

Smaller by default

Because BMP is uncompressed, each image is re-encoded as a high-quality JPEG inside the resulting PDF — typically a fraction of the original bitmap’s size with no visible loss. Transparent areas, where present, become white. Everything is decoded in your browser, so even a folder of large bitmaps is handled without an upload.

Notes

Add as many BMP files as you need and set the page order with the up/down controls before converting; JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC files can be mixed into the same batch. For the smallest possible output, run the result through Compress PDF afterward, and JPG to PDF is the tool to reach for if your source images are already JPGs.
